Most people.

Christmas Day is not a public holiday in Japan. I guess most people know this.

This morning, the train was exceptionally empty. I guess most people are on leave.

A while ago, I was told the latte cup doesn’t come with a cover. I guess most people would go ahead and buy it anyway.

On Christmas Day, I was very tired and contemplated only mopping my floor twice over instead of my usual thrice. I guess most people would settle because twice is more than enough.

During gift exchange, I was given a wishlist. I guess most people would just pick one and buy that one item for the other person.

Just now, my colleagues discussed their long weekend. I guess most people would just generically say it was great or it was alright.

Yesternight, a simple question went down bad. I guess most people would be upset if they were me and chose to be angry and not explain.

In the past recent months, things have been difficult and tough on some days. I guess most people might have given up.

And I thought I was most people.

I surprise myself sometimes.
